Meet Jack Lindaman. Jack was born on the 4th of July. He liked to make people happy and was always a positive light to those around him despite his health issues. Jack passed away in February 2010.
Jack Lindaman was 6 years old when he passed away. Project Jack was created in his memory and loving spirit. His family wanted to have children do good deeds for others. The Realtor Foundation of Iowa created a fund to help students across Iowa to participate in Project Jack.
Project Jack is a pay-it-forward type of project through 4th or 5th grade classes in Iowa. It must benefit another person or go to an organization that is helping Iowans in need. The 4th graders at Lucia Wallace decided to pay it forward to our Algona high school students. Our goal is to challenge everyone to “be an example” to others. Everyone needs a good example every day to be the best they can be!
Our fourth grade classes gave our high school students "Be an Example" bracelets. They hope the high school students wear them as a reminder to be an example to everyone.
