Attached is the 2023-2024 Iowa application for free and reduced meals. A new application is required to be filed every year. If you do not re-apply, your free or reduced status from last year will expire on October 4, 2023. Please note if you qualify for free or reduced meals and would like this to also apply to your textbook/technology fee you must sign the highlighted portion on the top of page 2. Paper copies are available to pick up in Central Administration or contact us at 515-295-3528 if you would like a paper copy mailed to you.
