Algona runners, Ryan Stundahl and Moriah Knapp, ran at the State cross country meet, which took place on Friday, October 29th. The meet was held in Fort Dodge.
Stundahl placed thirty-second and tied his personal record for the season. Knapp got her personal record, placed thirteenth, and also medaled as she was in the top fifteen. Coach Waltz said, “I was very proud of all of their efforts both in practice and at each meet. Cross country is not an easy sport, but when you have great teammates who care about each other, that makes for a great season.”
