This week’s Student Spotlight is on Madi Adams, a senior here at AHS this year. Madi is the daughter of Josh and Jenni Adams. Madi is also the oldest child in her family. She has two siblings, James and Olivia, and has one dog named Mya. Madi enjoys listening to music and hanging out with her friends. Her favorite food is spaghetti and her favorite color is blue.
Madi says some things she has learned while at AHS is that it goes by fast and get your homework done on time. Within her four years at AHS, Madi has been involved in band, volleyball, archery, track, and cheer. Her biggest impact during high school has been her mom, Jenni. Madi says, “She encourages me to always keep going.” Her favorite memory that she has at AHS is helping decorate for Homecoming and Prom. The Thanksgiving meal has been Madi’s favorite lunch in high school and she always looks forward to having it. Madi’s favorite class that she has had in high school is design, an art class.
Next year Madi plans to go to a two year college but is undecided as to where and what for. Madi says if she could give any advice for the current and incoming underclassmen is to never give up and always push through.
