As the year is coming to an end, so are the scholarship deadlines. The Algona Community School Foundation, ACSF, scholarships are due April 4th by 4:00 pm. They were announced to the senior class on February 11th. Not a minute after will they be accepted. The ACSF scholarships are simple to fill out, just answer some simple questions on a Google Doc. Two letters of recommendation and other information may be needed as well. Students who receive these ACSF scholarships will be recognized at the awards ceremony on Tuesday, May 13th.
Some scholarship deadlines have already passed. The FFA scholarships were already due and announced at the FFA banquet.
Other scholarships are due throughout the months of March and April. These scholarships would need to be mailed or emailed. Apply for as many scholarships as you can! The more scholarships you have, the more manageable it will be for the next two to four years.
